Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on client needs.
- Apply appropriate treatments using safe and effective methods, adhering to industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them about pest prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and account management.
- Negotiate service agreements with clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques, products, and industry trends.
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong background in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in lead generation, retail sales, or outside sales is a plus.
- Proven skills in sales , account management, or business development are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
