Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide home community care, assisting patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Assist in dementia care by engaging patients in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Support medical office operations by managing patient service inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Utilize basic life support skills when necessary, ensuring patient safety at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic life support practices preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
