What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Practice position at Palm Health Resources?
We offer three levels of primary care: traditional, E365, and concierge. Currently, we have openings in traditional and E365 primary care.
E365 is a membership-based practice where patients pay an annual fee of approximately $700 to join, depending on age. Our doctors bill insurance for medical services provided and do not share patient cell phone numbers. Instead, they communicate with patients through our secure online portal within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays. Patients can expect 1-hour new appointments and 30-minute follow-up appointments.
We maintain smaller panel sizes to ensure personalized care.
