We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our well-established, hospital-based pediatric practice in the scenic Hudson Valley, NY. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, collaborative team focused on providing high-quality, compassionate care to children in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary pediatric care to children from infancy through adolescence
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assess patient histories, and develop treatment plans
- Work closely with a team of 3 pediatricians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Partner with families to provide education and support for child development, preventive care, and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with an experienced administrative team to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document patient care and manage patient information

Qualifications:
- Current, valid Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure

- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare with excellent communication skills
