Position Title : Director of Growth, DFW, Medicare Advantage and Fee-for-Service (FFS) Palm Primary Care seeks a strategic and results-driven Director of Growth to lead our sales efforts and drive membership growth across DFW medical centers. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our patient base across multiple lines of business, including Medicare Advantage, Dual Enrollments, Fee-for-Service (FFS), and ACA memberships. The Director will oversee a lean and high-performing sales team, develop innovative growth strategies, and foster relationships with key community partners, ensuring alignment with our mission of transforming primary care for adults and seniors. Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Manage and develop sales and sales support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement specific plans to ensure revenue growth through effective patient registration and service expansion. Oversee calendar of events to maximize efforts of growth team. Strategic Growth : Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance market share in all product lines, including Medicare Advantage, Dual Enrollments, ACA, and FFS. Support sales personnel in building relationships with local communities and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with diverse business lines. Develop and lead patient retention strategies to reduce disenrollment and increase patient engagement. Training and Development : Educate the sales team through programs, seminars, and ongoing training initiatives in areas such as account sales, multi-service growth, competitive strategies, and expense management. Hold regular team meetings to review progress and refine strategies. Performance Management : Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams. Provide regular assessments of sales staff productivity, identifying opportunities for improvement. Track progress on Monday.com and provide Cost per Acquisition for each event and activity. Resource Coordination : Collaborate with Marketing and operational leaders to allocate resources effectively and control budgets for community events and sales initiatives. Formulate and implement sales policies, practices, and procedures. Financial Analysis : Interpret short- and long-term effects of sales strategies on operating profit and provide actionable recommendations. Review expenses and recommend cost-saving measures. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Align with internal market leaders and stakeholders to ensure cohesive growth strategies. Partner with Marketing to design impactful campaigns and events. Other Duties : Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Advanced sales skills with proven experience in direct-to-patient marketing and enrollment growth. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in relationship-building. Highly analytical and data-driven, with a focus on actionable insights. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of healthcare industry best practices, particularly within Direct Marketing Organizations and provider group settings. Education and Experience Criteria : Extensive experience in sales and salesforce management, including a proven track record of building and growing high-performing teams. Direct-to-patient sales and marketing experience (preferred). Experience managing local marketing events and working within Direct Marketing Organizations (preferred). Strong healthcare firm background, especially with health plan or provider groups (preferred). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and personal automobile insurance meeting state requirements. Must have $100,000 No-Fault or Personal Injury (PIP) / $300,000 Property Damage Liability (PDL) coverage.
