WHAT THE WORKSPACE IS:
Palm Valley Veterinary Center is an exciting, one year old state-of-the-art two doctor veterinary hospital located in Ponte Vedra Beach. We are looking to add experienced and exceptional team members who share our passion for quality veterinary medicine and outstanding client service to our friendly work family.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Make no mistake, you will play with lots of puppies and kittens but it is a stressful position. You must have the ability to work under pressure, have strong communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet. You must also have the ability to adapt to change as we navigate our way through changes and protocols.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent customer service skills to survive in this role.

VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
Answering multi-function phone lines
Computer knowledge
Veterinary terminology
Veterinary prescription knowledge
Scheduling, admitting and discharging appointments
Credit card transactions
Client education on preventative products.
