Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. This role will be part of our Customer Service department and will report to the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities
- Checking inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
- Entering orders and recording comments as well as actions taken
- Upselling and suggesting add-ons or related products
- Resolving customer service issues or billing complaints
- Exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Initiating product procurement for approval of inter-branch transfer of merchandise
- Notifying appropriate purchasing agents when supplies of specific items are low
- Sending out product samples and literature

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- College courses or equivalent training and experience, a plus
- Previous sales and/or customer service skills, a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
