Work model :What you will do :
- Create and process invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors, tracking customer payments, and maintaining accurate records for all accounts
- Ensure all invoices are accurate, properly coded, and authorized for payment
- Reconcile accounts payable reports to general ledger accounts
- Process biweekly payroll for all employees and generate and distribute accurate payroll reports, including earnings, deductions, and taxes
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, such as pay discrepancies, tax questions, and benefits-related issues
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll processing
- Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll regulations
- Familiarity with payroll software and accounting systems (QuickBooks a plus)
