What you will do:
- Prepare design layouts, diagrams, bills of material, and drawings/schematics for components and assemblies, including supporting calculations such as weight and tolerancing, to support overall vehicle design
- Create and revise drawings and perform other engineering-related tasks, including analysis, bill of material creation, manufacturing support, layout work, and supplier communication
- Design vehicle components to meet customer specifications and requirements
- Ensure proper use of engineering criteria and drawing standards and resolve technical issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
What you will need to be successful:
- Associate s degree in mechanical design or equivalent field
