What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team comprising engineers, designers, and technicians
- Plan, direct and coordinate activities to ensure the team meets project and organizational goals
- Provide coaching and development for team members through regular performance feedback, identifying training opportunities, and creating individualized development plans
- Oversee and manage the department budget, forecast operating expenses, and prepare budget requests to align with organizational objectives
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
