Work model :What you will do :
- Work with the operation and development teams and outside consultants on tracking the compliance of prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements (including domestic content and energy community bonus provisions as applicable) on new and existing energy projects
- Review and analysis of tax inputs and calculations in tax equity and HLBV models related to tax equity investments and review of tax equity partnership returns as needed
- Analysis of income tax implications related to merger and acquisition activity during both the planning and execution phases
- Provide analysis or review on other one-off income tax-related projects as the need arises
- Assist with other income tax-related tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Graduate degree preferred
- Certified public accountant preferred
- 6 or more years of Big Four or industry equivalent tax experience, four of which are in tax accounting with a certified public accountant designation or a graduate business degree
- Experience with merger and acquisition activity from an income tax perspective preferred
- Strong computer software skills
