- Schedule appointments
- Keeping up with daily log/and daily schedule
- Following up with carriers on late or missed pick-ups.
- Schedule inbound loads and outbound loads.
- Document and report scheduling issues by account.
- Monitor and report accuracy on ISO conformances pertaining to receiving/shipping activities. Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Willingness to learn Palmer procedures
- At least 2-3 years of Shipping/Receiving experience
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems, Synapse a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Bilingual - Spanish - with ability to speak and write English preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
