Job Description:
Position Summary: As a Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant at Mama's Chiropractic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include checking patients in and out, assisting with administrative tasks, and fostering positive relationships with our patients. This role serves as a critical support function within our practice, and we are committed to training and developing the right candidate to eventually lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Warmly greet and check in patients upon arrival.
Efficiently manage patient appointment scheduling. Collect patient information and verify insurance details. Accurately process payments and provide receipts.
Financial Consultations: Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities.
Explain billing and payment options. Answer questions related to insurance coverage.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized patient records and electronic health records (EHR). Coordinate and manage patient paperwork and forms. Assist with general office tasks as needed.
Patient Relations: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patients. Build strong relationships with patients, showing empathy and care. Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Training and Development: Actively participate in training programs provided by the practice. Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth. Strive to become a future leader within the team.
