Responsibilities
An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for multiple people.
- Receiving inbound calls from prospective clients
- Calling prospective clients
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Scheduling appointments
- Working with Customers in the Showroom
- All aspects of Customer Service
Qualifications:
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
