Description
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our AM team during breakfast shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our restaurant's recipes and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to our restaurant's recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an appealing manner
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed
Requirements
- Must have AM availability
- Proven experience as a Line Cook
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
