Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements:

- Assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate actions required to meet the team member's goals to achieve prosperity.
- Effectively develop a positive empowering relationship with all team members through coaching,
- Actively promote Palmetto Goodwill and community programs to create awareness and demonstrate the potential programs have for career and life advancement.
- Meeting team members where they are, understanding background, education, and training, to help them develop realistic goals.
- Guide team members through making decisions about their careers, such as choosing a new profession, career pathing within Palmetto Goodwill, and the type of credentials or degree to pursue.
- Fluent in local community resources and programs and provides necessary referrals to programs that foster the continued growth of the team member.
- Maintain working knowledge of educational and training opportunities located internally and externally in the community.
- Document team member contact, activity, and progress through case notes in electronic case (success) management systems and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate with team members and pre-schedule meetings.
- Refer team members to outside sources or additional training services or social aids.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Multi-task several assignments at once and prioritize effectively.
- Professionally and confidentially assist individuals with diverse types of lifestyles, genders, personal beliefs, and disabilities.
- Perform other job-related duties as required and assigned.
