Supervisory Responsibilities
Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the Retail Store Manager and/or
Retail Assistant Store Manager. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the Agency's policies
and procedures. Responsibilities include training team members, planning, assigning, and directing work;
addressing concerns and reporting circumstances to the Retail Store Manager or Retail Assistant Store
Manager.
Must be able to:
- Read and interpret memos and operating and procedure manuals.
- Effectively present standard information in one-on-one situations to customers and other team
- Add/subtract two digit numbers and multiply and divide by 10's and 100's.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables.
- Operate a telephone, multi-key register, typewriter, computer, fax machine, and material handling
- Obtain and maintain Forklift/Stacker and CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Perform data entry and keyboarding.
- Instruct or verify the work of others.
Must be able to:

Education and Experience
High School diplomas or general education degree (GED) and one year of retail experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
The team member is regularly (more than 2/3 of the day) required to talk or hear. The team member frequently
(1/3 to 2/3 of the day) is required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms;
push or pull. The team member is occasionally (less than 1/3 of the day) required to sit, kneel, stoop, throw, turn
and twist body. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or
move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and depth
perception. Some local travel required
