We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team!
As our appointment Setter, you will be crucial to our sales team.
As the Appointment Setter, you will be our customers' primary point of contact, handling their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Schedule new client appointments and manage calendars.
- Outbound Telemarketing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Be Coachable and a Team Player
