Moore Water and Air, the trusted distributor of RainSoft® systems in Eastern North Carolina and South Carolina, is seeking a Call Center Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This is a critical in-office role, where your interactions with customers will directly contribute to our company’s success.
This is NOT a remote position. You will be required to work on-site at our call center.

What You’ll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to maximize lead generation.
- Overcome objections and educate customers on the benefits of our services.
- Close and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Master call scripts and refine your approach for optimal success.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Stay coachable, positive, and committed to continuous improvement.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
