Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service. You should be a strong communicator, able to handle a high volume of calls, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, orders, or technical support.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, following company guidelines.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are recorded.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
