Job Summary
The position is responsible for washing dishes, preparing, and serving of many types of food, including cold and hot foods. This position will be expected to perform many different duties in the Nutrition department depending on the scheduled needs. Responsible for operating food preparation equipment and dishwashing equipment. Must practice proper food safety and maintain a sanitary work environment. Part-time, 40 hours per pay period.
Education/Requirements/Knowledge/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of proper food safety and maintaining a sanitary work area preferred
- Knowledge and skill in operating food preparation, serving and dishwashing equipment preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must possess high level of time management skills, be a team player and able to adapt quickly to changing environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must have basic computer skills
- Maintain certification for assigned work area
- Available to work Part-time 16 Hours per pay period
