Draft, review, and redline various legal documents, including NDAs, vendor contracts, letters, and memorandums. Coordinate signature requests, assist with due diligence, maintain document repositories, and track post-closing obligations. Oversee entity formation and maintenance, including state and local filings. Draft corporate documents such as minutes, consents, and officer certificates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records. Provide general administrative support for all legal matters. Implement efficient processes for daily legal operations. Develop and maintain template and policy repositories. Manage legal accruals and billing. Support and manage cross-functional projects as needed. Qualifications include : 5 years of experience as a paralegal or equivalent in a law firm or in-house legal department. ABA-approved Paralegal Certification required. High ethical standards with a commitment to discretion and confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Experience with legal technology and procedures commonly used by in-house legal teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
