Account Executive
As an Account Executive with Palo Creative, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a staff of professionals that are as dedicated, strategic and creative as you are. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients that are both challenging and rewarding.
The Account Executive role manages the day-to-day activities to creatively execute and produce client marketing programs. They serve as the client contact on accounts ensuring client approvals are secured, client objectives are achieved, and timelines and budgets are met. Account Executives communicate externally with the client and internally with the production team to keep all apprised of project status, updates, and changes.
Responsibilities
· Build rapport and credibility with client based on trust, sound counsel, responsiveness to client needs
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans that address business challenges and drive measurable results.
· Serve as lead for marketing programs and projects; secure required client approvals; ensure progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet deadlines
· Lead internal and client meetings, presentations, and calls; prepare relevant documents, including agendas, presentation decks and follow up communications, etc.
· Evaluate copy, layouts, artwork, media plans and production materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed upon strategies and business objectives
· Compile and present marketing performance reports, collaborating with the internal team to analyze ad performance, website traffic, and key metrics.
. Oversee project progress, manage client budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with goals.
· Adhere to agency process and financial policies
· Identify new revenue growth opportunities within existing client accounts and through new business development
Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
· 2-5 years of advertising or marketing experience, preferably some experience in an agency setting or marketing department
· Strong ability to communicate clearly, comprehensively, concisely, and promptly, both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to build strong client relationships.
· Strong attention to detail and organization
· Actively and effectively manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
· Analyze results, interpret data, draw sound conclusions, and develop insightful and actionable recommendations
· Stay up to date on the latest marketing, industry and media trends.
. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
