Position: House Supervisor

Job Summary
Palo Verde Hospital is seeking an experienced House Supervisor to join our team on a per diem basis. The House Supervisor will oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts, act as a clinical resource person and ensure high-quality patient care and efficient hospital functioning. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Current and unrestricted licensure in the state of California as a Registered Nurse.
· Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
· Minimum of 10 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
· Current CPR Certification
· Current ACLS Certification
· Current NRP Certification
· Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a per diem basis.
