This position performs all duties and tasks that assists members and guests with: tee times (reservations and check-in), merchandise, and information while providing unparalleled professional customer service. |

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Perform any and all duties assigned by the Resort Head Professional |
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS |
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of the time performing each function to be solely determined by the director based upon departmental and hotel needs. · Communicating pertinent information with all departments in a timely manner · Assisting professionals, player services and assistants with operations when necessary
