Summary

Do you want to be part of a growing team that is versatile and constantly improving? The Salesperson will report directly to the Operations Manager. Our current team of 12 would welcome an enthusiastic team player that will help our business grow.

Job Responsibilities:

• CRM. Maintain company CRM to better serve each customer and their unique needs. Follow up with past customers and inquiries.
• Metrics: Establish, track, and report key metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate. The salesperson will be required to collaborate with customers, our designer, shop staff, and delivery team to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
• In-person. Greet customers who visit our Prosser Location and showcase current product designs.
• Phone Sales. Routinely call on and answer customer inquiries.
• Customer site sales. Visit customers' sites to discuss their needs. Some travel is required.

Education, experience and skills required:

• Language: English is required, Spanish would be an asset.
• Strong sales background.
• Strong computer skills
• Interest in livestock and related industries.
• 2 plus years of experience in sales.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize work and meet deadlines while having a sense of urgency when needed.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets.

Work Hours:

• 40 hours/week.

Today, Palouse Ranches employs a sales staff, shop staff, operates two manufacturing facilities, and sub-contracts a full-time trucking business.
