We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavioral Support Specialist. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our team is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
About the Position:
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment goals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and participate in ongoing training and education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or related field.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification preferred.
