Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Director at PALS, Inc. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of programs that support individuals in community life. They will develop and implement program strategies, supervise staff, and collaborate with community partners to ensure the success of the programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in program development, management, and implementation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of community resources and services
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Certification in program management or related field is a plus
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
