Social Media Responsibilities:

- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Use basic SEO strategies to improve content visibility.
- Track and analyze social media performance.
- Stay updated on trends to improve audience engagement.
Dispatch Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and schedule plumbing service appointments.
- Dispatch plumbers based on job priority and availability.
- Keep customers informed about service status and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of job assignments and technician schedules.
- Assist with customer follow-ups as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media marketing and customer service.
