We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS Leader or System Engineering Leader to join our startup team and drive the development of our next-generation autonomous driving solutions. Responsibilities
- ADAS Architecture & System Development
- Define and architect ADAS and autonomous driving systems from concept to mass production.
- Develop system requirements, functional safety goals (ISO 26262), and performance KPIs for ADAS features.
- Lead hardware and software integration for sensor fusion, perception, decision-making, and control systems.
- Sensor & Compute Hardware / Software Stack
- Validate and integrate various sensors, wiring harnesses, and compute platforms.
- Work with AI / ML and perception teams to optimize sensor processing and system performance.
- Define real-time processing and hardware architecture for high-performance ADAS autonomy.
- Integration, Validation & Safety Testing
- Develop test plans, simulation frameworks, and validation strategies for ADAS features.
- Oversee HIL, SIL, and vehicle-level validation using both real-world and virtual testing.
- Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262), SOTIF (ISO 21448), and cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with cloud, connectivity, UX and infotainment teams to enable V2X, OTA updates, and data-driven improvements and enhance user experience.
- Work on telematics, edge computing, and data pipelines for fleet-wide autonomy performance monitoring.
