Duties

This sales position comes with a book of business and never-ending qualified leads from across the country. Hands-on experience with Uniview, Dahua, Hikvision, or similar surveillance systems would be the best. Experience “with some” of the industry's top brands is required.
The position will mostly be inside our facility however as your experience and knowledge grows, you will find yourself making local outside sales calls. We are always professional, yet casual in appearance and always display enthusiasm about our B2B Company, our team, our products, and our suppliers. This is a key position where you will soon be participating in dealer day events, seminars, and trade shows.

This position has a guaranteed base salary paid bi-weekly. Commissions are paid in the middle of the month following the sale, whether the customer has paid the invoice or not. A protected customer base provides protected commissions to the assigned rep even when the original rep is not available to do the invoice.
Responsibilities
Accept responsibility for dozens of current active commissionable customers. Assisting these customers will help rapidly build the confidence and knowledge needed to help grow your customer base, and product knowledge as well as company processes and procedures.
· Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and ask for help when needed.
· Maintain and expand your database of customers and prospects.
· Work with channel partners and team members to build a pipeline to grow your base.
· Perform effective online and live demos to prospects.
· Assist teammates and customers on the phone or in person.

· Willing to assist any team mate with any job.
Skills & Personal Attributes
· Experience -- Proven sales and or technical experience (5 Years) preferred.
· CRM Experience -- Working with Salesforce.com, ZOHO, or similar CRM.
· Technical Skills -- Experience with routers, switches, WIFI & IT devices, and structure.
· Computer Skills -- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites and other similar.
· Communication -- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
