Job Summary
The Director of Compliance ensures agency adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position is responsible for overseeing compliance with Medicaid DD Waiver Regulations, Risk Management and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong background supporting people with Developmental Disabilities and management skills.,
Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance to ensure adherence to DD Waiver regulations and other relevant guidelines.
- Perform regular audits and assessments of compliance practices within the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related issues and best practices.
- Prepare reports detailing compliance status and recommend improvements as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Health Services, or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of WaMS, MES, Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
