What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Pampered Paws Salon?
We are seeking a part-time, friendly, positive, professional, and reliable receptionist
-Fridays and every other Saturday
-Must be a dog lover who also offers exceptional customer service to our two-legged clients
-Ideal candidate will multitask and thrive in a busy, sometimes hectic environment, is organized, with great attention to detail, is tech-savvy with basic computer skills, can accurately handle cash transactions, adapts to change with ease, and is an excellent communicator.
-Must be able to work independently, but able to take direction well
-Pay based on qualifications and skills
Front desk employees are expected to answer the phone, return voicemails, reply to emails, and communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner. They are responsible for checking clients in and out, processing cash transactions, and facilitating communication between clients and groomers. They must ensure that all dogs entering the facility have a current rabies vaccination, and that client information is up to date. Front desk staff are also responsible for keeping the front office clean, organized, welcoming, and comfortable for our two and four-legged customers.

Pay: From $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
