What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager/HR Manager position at Pampering Plus Inc?
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 1 year experience in a home health care setting preferably in management position
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferable, HR management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products
- Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare, management or human resource coordination; preferably within a health care setting preferable in home care.
- Current knowledge of all state and federal employment laws including ADA and civil rights requirements.
- Good interpersonal communication skills
Some of the duties the ideal candidate will perform:
Plan and directs, daily human resource operations including establishing and implementing human resource policies.
Participate in all recruitment and retention functions
Assure accurate and timely management of personnel records for staff.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of home care staff via home visits.
Prepare annual performance evaluations.
Direct supervision of Administrative staff
Prepares disciplinary notices per Pampering Plus Inc. policy
The position is full-time Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Salary commiserates with experience.
