We are growing! A top tier industrial and residential distributor for home stand-by generators is looking for a well-qualified service representative. Ideal candidates will have some years’ experience in the power generation field. The candidate should also be self-motivated with good communication & customer service skills. Below are a list of daily duties for which candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing customer service calls
- Preparing service tickets for new/existing customer
- Entering & Looking up data in our customer service data base
- Looking up parts and preparing repair quotes
- Quoting Customer Repairs & Maintenance
- Processing service warranty paperwork
- Working with generator manufactures on customer issues
- Resolving customer service issues
- Resolving issues with in field service technicians
- Dispatching service technicians
- And More…..
