SOLT Café- Counter Attendant
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Counter Attendant to join our team. The Counter Attendant will be responsible for taking orders, preparing food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is for a well-rounded food server with experience in both front and back of house.
Duties and responsibilities:
Take customer orders and process payments.
Prepare food and beverages according to customer requests, with accuracy.
Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared to company standards.
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Restock supplies and inventory, as needed.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Experience qualifications:
Experience in working a variety of restaurant or food service capacities. Cooking, baking, barista, bartending skills will be necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed.
Salary based on experience plus benefits, when full time.
