Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM software/system.
- Utilize software tools to identify and contact potential leads.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Enter and quote customer requirements accurately and promptly.
- Process orders quickly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Previous customer service or cold calling experience preferred.
