Panama City Cycles is currently seeking a full time Motorcycle/ATV/UTV/PWC Service advisor. Panama City Cycles is located on Hwy 231 a half mile from the intersection of 23rd st and US Hwy 231. We are one of the Panhandles top multi-line powersports dealers and We Sell FUN!
The ideal candidate must be a self driven, hardworking individual. The ideal candidate should be proactive and have the ability to work efficiently and effectively, ensuring the performance of the service department as a whole. Must be able to work as a team and work individually in a high paced environment. Powersports experience or knowledge is a plus but not required. However, We are a full service center for Boats, Golf Carts, Motorcycles, Scooters, Dirt bikes, ATVs, Side by Sides, Jet Skis, Generators, Marine Engines and more. The ideal candidate must have some kind of mechanical knowledge, be mechanically inclined or have experience in a similar setting. Your primary role is to assist customers in properly identifying their concerns and relaying that information to a technician.
Service Advisor associate will cater to the specific needs of each customer efficiently and accurately.
The ideal Service Advisor must be able to communicate with each customer in a respectful, professional manner and effectively be able to communicate with coworkers.
- Service Advisor will be responsible for customers in store as well as on the phone.
- Must be able to efficiently work in a high paced environment, with his/her team, multitask and be able to show up on time everyday.
- Effectively communicate with the designated Service manager and/or Co-advisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,465.45 - $50,000.00 per year
