Greensburg area company is in need of a skilled Help Desk Application Software Specialist. The selected candidate will support and maintain a lnfor CloudSuite Distribution and Phocas software platforms while providing exceptional technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for lnfor CSD and Phocas software support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, document, and implement software enhancements or updates.
- Provide training and guidance to users to optimize system functionality and usage.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT teams to address technical concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of user inquiries, resolutions, and system changes.
- Stay updated on software updates and new features to provide proactive support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with lnfor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD} and/or Phocas software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist end-users.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and solutions.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, business intelligence tools, or related software is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
