In-home Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership and Management:
    • Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear sales goals and objectives, and monitor team performance.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to sales team members.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market share.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the construction, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.



Qualifications:

  • 3 years of sales management experience in the roofing industry
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to provide consistent feedback to your employees both in the field and on a scheduled basis
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Experience with base plus commission compensation packages a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with team members and leaders
