Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Associate to join our team at Panda Inn. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients according to company specifications and local health regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all meats, fish, and vegetables for cooking according to company specifications for size, quantity, and recipe.
- Assist in ensuring a clean and well-organized kitchen environment.
- Help to marinate meats and other ingredients according to Company recipe and procedure.
- Ensure that all food ingredients are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, following relevant health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping the floor, and wiping or sanitizing equipment and work surfaces as needed.
- Lift and carry containers of food items between storage, work stations, and counter areas as needed.
- Perform side jobs as assigned, and other kitchen duties involving lifting, carrying, cleaning as needed.
