A Precision Medicine TechBio is seeking a CCO / CBO ahead of the product launch of their GenAI software for Personalized Health.

The CCO / CBO will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company's commercialization strategy, ensuring a successful launch of theGenAI platform, and driving sustained business growth. This individual will lead efforts in market penetration, revenue generation, business development, and sales, with a focus on establishing the firm as a leader in the personalized healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities :

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy :

Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for the launch and scaling of the GenAI software platform.

  • Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams to optimize launch impact.

Market Penetration :

Drive market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.

  • Design strategies to capture market share and establish the company as a leader in personalized healthcare solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in life sciences, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Revenue Generation :

    Develop and manage revenue goals and financial forecasts aligned with company objectives.

  • Build pricing models and sales strategies that optimize profitability and customer adoption.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Business Development :

    Forge strategic partnerships with biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare organizations to enhance the platform's adoption.

  • Negotiate and secure licensing, collaboration, and distribution agreements.
  • Expand the company’s network of clients, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Sales Leadership :

    Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.

  • Establish sales processes, pipelines, and customer success frameworks to ensure sustained growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Requirements : Education :

    MBA from a top-tier institution is required.

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience :

    Proven track record of scaling and launching Generative AI solutions in the life sciences or healthcare sector.

  • 10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or commercialization leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of the personalized healthcare market, regulatory landscape, and customer needs.
  • Skills :

    Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets.
