Job Title: Area Coach of Operations (ACO 3)
Job Description:
As an Area Coach of Operations (ACO 3), you’ll oversee 10-34 stores and be responsible for leading the team to success. You’ll ensure operational excellence, foster a positive culture, and drive business results across your area. Your key responsibilities include:

This role is essential in connecting Field Operations with Team Panda, supporting the vision of Panda Restaurant Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Management & Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop store management teams.
- Build a pipeline of internal and external talent for key positions.
- Coach store management on development and people planning.
- Guest Experience:
- Drive an exceptional guest experience by fostering strong connections.
- Ensure operational standards are consistently met, from food quality to service.
- Financial Oversight & Strategy:
- Analyze financial reports (P&L, general ledger, etc.) and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Lead strategic planning and follow through on goals to ensure continuous improvement.
- Store Operations & Site Selection:
- Oversee successful store openings and contribute to site selection decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and local initiatives.
- Associate Relations & Environment:
- Foster a safe, empowering environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with HR to manage associate relations and resolve any issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Multi-Unit Manager (MUM).
- Must pass an annual Cooking Test and hold a valid Food Certification Card.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
