Our Multi-Unit Managers oversee multiple restaurant locations, and are responsible for upholding excellent operation standards, delivering financial results and being a people developer! You’ll get a chance to, among other things:
- Be responsible for overseeing operations of 3 - 10 stores
- Use your people skills to hire, train, and develop your team
- Uphold the highest food quality and guest service standards to ensure guest satisfaction
- Be in charge of ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining product inventory
- Maintain highly functional restaurants by following cleanliness guidelines and safety standards

Required background & experience
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
- Previous multi-unit restaurant experience in a corporate environment
- Associate degree required (Bachelors preferred)
- Open for relocation
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Must pass kitchen test annually and required classes
- Business knowledge (Profit and Loss management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing)
- Ability to deliver financial results through strategic planning
- Must have proof of full COVID-19 vaccination**
- Must have valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year plus bonus***
***Panda complies with federal, state, and local laws regarding overtime where applicable.
***This salary range may be modified by Panda depending upon the business needs of the location or other business considerations.
***Must be eligible for Bonus Program and all other earning conditions of the Bonus Program must be met to earn the bonus.
