Lead Quality Assurance & Documentation Management – Pioneering Tech Manufacturer

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the development and management of corporate-level quality assurance programs and quality management systems.

The Role

As the Head of Quality Assurance & Documentation Management, you will :

Build & lead a high-performing quality assurance and configuration / document management team.
Develop & implement robust quality assurance frameworks and quality interfaces.
Monitor & enforce compliance through metrics, audits, and risk management strategies.
Ensure adherence to best practices, processes, and procedures at every stage.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven expertise in quality management systems and / or configuration / documentation management system development & enforcement.

Strong experience in quality control of complex electronics and familiarity with industry standards for inspections and verifications at the piece-part, assembly, and system levels.

A strategic thinker with the ability to build, lead, and scale a quality-focused team.
