About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Quality and Accreditation team as a Regulatory Compliance Officer. You will play a critical role in ensuring the hospital's compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to address accreditation-related issues.
- Monitor and audit accreditation performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate results and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience managing regulatory compliance in an acute care setting.
- A Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of licensure regulations, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and state/federal standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
