We need to identify a talented Human Resources leader will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the manufacturing environment the company operates in. This role will develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, particularly in a manufacturing setting, and possess strong skills in workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business goals
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies .
- Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations within the manufacturing facility.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance workforce skills and career development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Great leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
