Rate: Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Finance ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects focused on finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT project management and financial business processes, with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of Finance ERP implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for finance-related ERP modules.
- Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with financial regulations, reporting standards, and company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality and timely delivery of third-party services.
- Oversee system testing, data migration, user training, and change management efforts.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status, milestones, and risks.
- Ensure post-implementation support and continuous improvement of finance ERP systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master s or MBA preferred).
- 5 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP systems and finance modules.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of finance processes and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
