Office Administrator, 30 to 35 hours per week

Pandora Talks, PC is seeking an office administrator for their office in Brunswick,
Maine. Suitable candidates should be friendly and flexible, and work well with
others and independently. Strong organizational and verbal and written
communication skills are a must. Duties will include welcoming and directing
families, coordinating schedules and therapy sessions, maintaining confidential
employee and client files, monitoring and maintaining therapy spaces, tracking and
replacing office supplies, and answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google platforms is necessary. Training
will be provided for specific scheduling software used.
