How You'll Make An Impact

Coordinator Events & Experiential Mission is to create the most innovative, engaging and culturally relevant LIVE events four our audiences – driving incremental ad revenue, brand love and loyalty for SiriusXM, Pandora, and its advertisers. This Coordinator role will be within the Events & Experiential team. The Coordinator will support all major tent poles and company-owned and operated events in addition to help improve daily workflow and efficiencies. This position requires a curious, self-motivated individual that is passionate about music and pop-culture, and has interest in experiential and event production in technology and music events.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute as an integral part of the Events & Experiential team to create one-of-a-kind, best in-class consumer experiences.
  • Assist overall project management, working with event lead to prep, track and maintain planning documents, manage lists, and communicate key event deliverables/milestones.
  • Lead logistical planning meetings and onsite assistance for in-studio/off site events that include live broadcasts, remotes, concerts, sporting events, and talent appearances.
  • Research and outreach to vendors for new activation experiences.
  • Assist in the development of event decks and post-event wrap reports
  • Contract and invoice management.
  • Responsible for scheduling weekly meeting.
  • Maintain team GDOC folder.
  • Manage marketing materials requests.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project work and represent events team in larger planning meetings.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 3-6 months previous experience in events or experiential marketing space.
  • Some travel required.
  • Some evening and weekend hours are required.
  • Good public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
  • Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to “internal client” and customer service principles.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Creative writing ability.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the salary for this position to be between $47,000 and $66,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
